Disruptive Ventures presents institutions with the opportunity to directly invest in early and late-stage startups of their choosing, as opposed to various selections determined by a mutual fund. Our goal is to provide access to private shares and to provide full transparency during these private transactions.
For Individual Investors
Retail investors are the backbone of the investing public. These individuals typically invest their assets through private accounts held at one or more brokerage firms. While the pure dollar value of these accounts is minuscule in comparison to pension and mutual funds, their importance is just as significant.
Disruptive Ventures allows for qualified retail investors to acquire interests in private companies across various industries and sectors. These private offerings help individual investors participate in the private share space, typically more readily available to angel investors and institutions.
For Selling Shareholders
Where there are buyers, there are often sellers. The private firms available to investors is continuously growing, and we are always looking to build upon our current portfolio. Our experienced team understands the needs and desires of early and late stage investors who are looking to diversify a portion of their holdings.
